Our Story
Vision
Our aim is to support people to be confident in who they are as unique individuals, to stand out and shine!
Leaders today balance demanding jobs and roles outside of work. More than ever they need to be able to lead themselves and others effectively. We enable leaders to have a clear understanding of their strengths, values and beliefs, purpose, leadership style and clarity around development goals, all imperatives for success.
Jensage was ideated from the meaning of the words Jen and Sage. Jen refers to "humanity" or "human-heartedness". People cultivated by it are humane individuals who exhibit compassion and care toward others and are motivated by a deep empathy for others. Sage refers to wisdom, experience, calm judgement and in this context “collective wisdom”. Jensage’s Director and Founder, Rachel Primrose, has genuine desire to partner and collaborate with professional and executive individuals, teams and organisations, to create an environment where collective wisdom is demonstrated, human potential realised and measurable results are achieved.
